NEWS-release of the “Pearl Paradise – 2007” Festival
Four times the Charity International Festival of popular song and instrumental music «Pearl Paradise» will go off from 19 to 22 July, 2007 on the South bank of Crimea, in picturesque Balaklava city. The organizers of the Festival are the «Grand-Concert» organization and «Yuriy Fedotov’s Producer Centre» with support of the Management of the culture of Sevastopol City State Administration and Balaklavian district state administration.
Since olden times our city was the harbor of the talented, creative people. Possibly, exactly Balaklava by its unique look inspired on creation of the classics’ masterpieces of Adam Mitskevich and Lesya Ukrainka, Valeriy Bryusov and Alexandr Griboedov, Aleksandr Pushkin and Ivan Kuprin, at different times living and creating here.
The participants of the Festival are young bands and performers from many cities of Ukraine, Russia and Byelorussia, working in many styles of modern pop song and instrumental music. Firstly at this year the guests of «Pearl Paradise» will be the performers and musicians from Latvia, Germany, Moldova and Sweden. The chairman of the international jury - Aleksandr Ponomarev (Ukraine). The guests and members of jury: Yuriy Fedotov (Ukraine), Jango (Ukraine), Enver Izmailov (Ukraine), Philip Zhmakher (Serbia).
Above all things the Festival reckons on providing of practical help to the performers in perfection of their professional skills. But one of the distinguishing features of the “Pearl Paradise” Festival is a great opportunity for the participants of Festival creatively communicate during rest in the unforgettable corners of Preserve “Aya cape”, in addition to concerts on the best grounds of Balaklava and Sevastopol.
“Pearl Paradise - 2007” will bring to the audience a veritable pleasure, a great number of the new names and openings, music, and the participants of the Festival will get possibility to show the creation of thousandth audience from the professional stage! And all of it – in a merry and friendly situation, under the hot rays of a Crimean summer sun, under the sounds of waves of warm Black Sea in the heart of South Bank of Crimea!..
Entrance on all of concerts of Festival – free of charge.
on July, 19, at 8.00 p.m. – Ist competitive concert on the stage of the Culture House’s public garden in the name of Gorkiy;
on July, 20, at 8.00 p.m. – IInd competitive concert on the stage of the Culture House’s public garden in the name of Gorkiy;
on July, 21, at 8.00 p.m. – IIIrd competitive concert on the stage of the Culture House’s public garden in the name of Gorkiy;
on July, 22, at 8.00 p.m. is a Gala-concert of the participants, winners and guests of Festival.

A conducting place is the area of Nahimov, Sevastopol.
